Die Zucchini in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Ein wenig \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen. Die Gew\u00fcrze und das Lorbeerblatt dazugeben und warten, bis sie ihre Aromen entfalten.<\/li>\n<li>Den Reis, die Linsen und di Gem\u00fcse dazugeben. Gut vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit 9 dl Wasser abl\u00f6schen. Zudecken und gut 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. Garprobe machen. Wenn der Reis noch nicht weich genug ist, etwas Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen und 2 Minuten weiterkochen. Salzen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend der Reis gart die Zitrone in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und in einer Pfanne Farbe annehmen lassen. Eventuell mit Curry best\u00e4uben. Nach Geschmack salzen und pfeffern.
