Wer mag kann Sultaninen beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>250 ml Wasser dazu giessen und 60 Min. leise k\u00f6cheln lassen. Bei Bedarf Wasser nachgiessen. Falls n\u00f6tig mit etwas Salz w\u00fcrzen. Wenn Kichererbsen aus der Dose verwendet werden, verk\u00fcrzt sich die Kochzeit um ca. 20 Minuten.<\/li>\n<li>Das Couscous separat oder im Sieb des Couscous-Topfs nach den Anweisungen auf der Verpackung zubereiten.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Sauce 6 TL der Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit in eine Schl\u00fcssel geben und 1-2 TL Harissa hinzuf\u00fcgen. Gut umr\u00fchren und die Sauce separat servieren.<\/li>\n<li>Das Couscous in einer Sch\u00fcssel anrichten und die Gem\u00fcse in die Mitte geben.
