Das gekochte Fleisch in feine Lamellen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Zwiebel mit der Mandoline in Scheiben schneiden. Die Chilischote in W\u00fcrfelchen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte des Korianders mit dem Limonensaft, dem Ingwer, dem Knoblauch, dem Salt, dem Fischfumet, einem Schuss Milch und 3 Eisw\u00fcrfeln in den Mixer geben. Alles zu einer homogenen Fl\u00fcssigkeit mixen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Poulet mit den Maisk\u00f6rnern, den S\u00fcsskartoffel und Chiliw\u00fcrfeln, der Zwiebel und dem feingehackten restlichen Koriander vermischt in tiefen Tellern anrichten.<\/li>\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Fl\u00fcssigkeit \u00fcber das Poulet giessen und es als leichte, erfrischende Vorspeise servieren. Die restliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit l\u00e4sst sich im K\u00fchlschrank mehrere Tage aufbewahren, um zum Beispiel ein Fischcarpaccio zu w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Haut vom Poulet entfernen.
