Kurz aufkochen und zur Seite stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Ofen auf 180\u00b0C vorheizen. Die H\u00fctchen der K\u00fcrbisse wegschneiden und mithilfe eines L\u00f6ffels die Kernen herauskratzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die K\u00fcrbisse mit der Egli-Kokosnuss-Mischung f\u00fcllen und einzeln ohne die H\u00fctchen in Aluminiumfolie verpacken.
