Ein paar Zweige Dill und 2 Orangenfilets in die Baucho\u0308ffnung geben.<\/li>\n<li>Einen gro\u00dfen Bogen Backpapier auf ein Backblech legen. Su\u0308\u00dfkartoffeln, Fenchel, Knoblauch, die rest- lichen Orangenfilets und den restlichen Dill darauf- geben. Mit Oliveno\u0308l, Fenchelsamen und 1 Prise Salz gut vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Dorade salzen und auf das Gemu\u0308sebett setzen.Die Orangenzesten und etwas Oliveno\u0308l daru\u0308ber verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem zweiten Bogen Backpapier abdecken, beide Bo\u0308gen an den Ra\u0308ndern gut zusammenfalten und mit Bu\u0308roklammern fixieren, sodass der Fisch luftdicht verpackt ist.
