Un\u2019affermazione che si addice perfettamente al Padrino della Settimana del Gusto 2025, che ha sempre valorizzato i prodotti di prossimit\u00e0 nella sua cucina dallo squisito tocco mediterraneo. Dopo aver deliziato i palati degli ospiti dei pi\u00f9 grandi alberghi della Svizzera, ma anche della Grecia, si concentra ormai sulla gastronomia del Pays-d\u2019Enhaut, presso il ristorante Le Cerf, a Rougemont, dove difende con entusiasmo il patrimonio culinario elvetico.
