E&#8217; quindi naturale che sia lei a vestire gli abiti della Madrina svizzera del Gusto 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Eppure, in origine Zineb voleva diventare ingegnere. Infatti, questa giovane donna dallo sguardo dolce e determinato a un tempo ha sempre voluto fare qualcosa di utile. Ma cucinando per i suoi compagni di studio, Zizi \u2013 come la chiamano tutti \u2013 ha realizzato che preparare da mangiare per gli altri, era molto pi\u00f9 che utile: \u00ab La cucina \u00e8 amore \u00bb, dichiara la talentuosa chef ispano-marocchina.<\/p>\n<p>Allora ha studiato. E non a caso. Passando da Andreas Caminada, Massimo Bottura e dai fratelli Roca, ha sviluppato uno stile personale ed unico. Una gastronomia basata sulla fiducia, con i produttori, con i collaboratori ma anche con i clienti.<\/p>\n<p>Impronta all&#8217;esplorazione, ai viaggi e alla golosit\u00e0, la sua cucina essenzialmente vegana e di prossimit\u00e0 suscita un vivo interesse. Il suo primo ristorante, il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantkle.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">KLE<\/span><\/a>, ottiene 15 punti al GaultMillau e una stella Michelin. E tutta Zurigo accorre al <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantdar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DAR<\/a><\/span>, pi\u00f9 semplice ma deliziosamente urbano, e al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.corwineandpintxos.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">COR<\/span><\/a>, dedicato ai tapas baschi e catalani.
