Se sono grandi, tagliarle in quattro. Collocarle \u2013 con la parte tagliata verso l\u2019alto \u2013 su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno. Salarle e cospargerle con un po\u2019 di timo. Mettere da parte la teglia con le patate.<\/li>\n<li>Sbucciare la zucca, togliere i semi e tagliare la polpa a dadini di circa 2 cm. Tagliare i peperoni a fettine e il peperoncino ad anellini sottili. Sciogliere il miele nell\u2019aceto balsamico.<\/li>\n<li>Infornare le patate a met\u00e0 del forno e farle cuocere per circa 30 minuti.<\/li>\n<li>Riscaldare 2 cucchiai di olio di colza HOLL in una padella, aggiungere la zucca, il peperoncino e l\u2019anice stellato. Cuocere per 10 minuti a temperatura media. Aggiungere i peperoni tagliati e continuare a cuocere il tutto per altri 10 minuti. Aggiungere un po\u2019 di sale.<\/li>\n<li>Disporre le verdure su una teglia ricoperta di carta da forno. Collocare i formaggini sopra le verdure a una distanza regolare l\u2019uno dall\u2019altro e condire in modo equilibrato con il miele e l\u2019aceto balsamico. Infornare la teglia quando mancano solo 10 minuti di cottura per le patate posizionandola nella parte alta del forno.<\/li>\n<li>Preparare 4 piatti: su una met\u00e0 mettere le verdure, con un formaggino per ogni piatto, e sull\u2019altra met\u00e0 le patate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Buon appetito!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preriscaldare il forno a 200\u00b0C (180\u00b0C per il forno ventilato).
