Tagliarle a cubetti. Tagliare allo stresso modo anche le zucchine.<\/li>\n<li>Scaldare un po&#8217; d&#8217;olio in une pentola e aggiungere le spezie e la foglia di alloro. Attendere che sprigionino tutti i loro aromi.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungere il riso, le lenticchie e le verdure. Mescolare bene. Bagnare con 9 dl d&#8217;acqua.<\/li>\n<li>Coprire e lasciar cuocere una buona decina di minuti. Assaggiare per controllare la cottura. Se il riso non \u00e8 cotto, aggiungere un po&#8217; d&#8217;acqua e cuocere ancora per 2 minuti. Salare.<\/li>\n<li>Durante la cottura del riso, tagliare il limone a fettine sottili e passarle rapidamente in padella aggiungendo a piacere un pizzico di curry. Salare e pepare secondo il proprio gusto.
